These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Art Style Prime (the "Service"), operated by Art Style Prime ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Art Style Prime is a research tool that shows trending art styles, estimated search interest, color palettes, Style Primers and creative direction ideas to help you create your own digital art.

2. Your account and lifetime access

A one-time payment of $25 gives you lifetime access to the Service for as long as we operate it. "Lifetime" refers to the life of the Service, not of the purchaser. Access is personal and may not be shared, resold or transferred.

3. Payments and no refunds

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider.

Because Art Style Prime is a digital product and access is delivered immediately after purchase, all sales are final and no refunds are offered. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you receive instant access to digital content and agree that you are not entitled to a refund.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Copy existing designs or another artist’s work, or use the Service to imitate a specific living artist.
  • Infringe any trademark, copyright or other right of a third party.
  • Scrape, resell, or redistribute Service content as your own product.
  • Use the Service in violation of any law or marketplace policy.

5. Your content

You own the artwork you create. You are fully responsible for everything you create and list, including following the rules of any marketplace you sell on and disclosing AI use where required.

6. No guarantee of results

Trend data and search interest are estimates for research purposes. We make no guarantee of sales, income or any particular result.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, text and Style Primers, is owned by us. You may use Style Primers to create your own artwork, but not republish them as a collection or product.

8. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.

9. Changes and termination

We may update the Service or these Terms. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.
